Dubai Travel Connect Agent Platform

Important: By accessing or using the Dubai Travel Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dubai Travel Connect platform ("Platform"), operated by DTC Holdings Ltd, registered in Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE. By registering as a Travel Agent ("Agent") on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Agent Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid government-issued ID
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Must not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform

2.2 Geographical Restrictions

While our platform operates globally, certain jurisdictions may have restrictions. Agents are responsible for ensuring their participation is legal in their country of residence.

3. Platform Services

3.1 Service Description

Dubai Travel Connect provides a digital platform connecting international travelers with booking agents. Agents assist travelers in booking flights, accommodations, and travel services through our proprietary interface.

3.2 Agent Responsibilities

  • Accurately process booking requests within specified timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality of traveler information
  • Provide professional and courteous service
  • Report any technical issues immediately
  • Complete required training modules

4. Compensation & Payments

4.1 Commission Structure

Agents earn commissions based on successful booking completions. Commission rates vary by:

  • Service type (flights packages)
  • Booking class (Economy, Business, First)
  • Agent performance tier
  • Seasonal bonus rates

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Available methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise
  • All payments subject to verification and fraud checks

4.3 Tax Responsibilities

Agents are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings. Dubai Travel Connect issues annual earning statements for tax purposes.

5. Code of Conduct

Agents must adhere to the following standards:

  • Professionalism: Maintain high standards of service
  • Accuracy: Ensure all booking details are correct
  • Timeliness: Complete tasks within allocated timeframes
  • Confidentiality: Protect traveler personal information
  • Non-circumvention: Do not bypass the platform for direct bookings

Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Account Security

6.1 Agent Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Report suspected unauthorized access immediately

6.2 Platform Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, regular security audits, and fraud monitoring systems.

7. Termination

7.1 By Agent

Agents may terminate their account at any time by submitting a termination request through the platform. Outstanding earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days.

7.2 By Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity exceeding 180 days
  • Failure to complete verification
  • Any activity that may harm our reputation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Travel Connect shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Errors in booking information provided by third parties
  • Agent actions or omissions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the Agent in the preceding 6 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Agents will be notified of material changes via email.
